The first in my "Chocolate" series.

No processing

You are probably wondering what the white on the chocolate is... It's basically condensation.
At the moment it's very hot and humid here, so I keep my chocolates in the fridge to prevent it from melting, but as soon as I take it out of the fridge condensation occurs.
