I steared at the fire for a few minutes before I understood the picture. I don't see any fire in it because it's flaming behind those logs. Interesting shot, a little spooky too!

@Marilla: I also thought it a bit spooky... lol! Another result of boredom... I switched off all the lights and started taking photos of the fire... No editing was done to this... :)
So a warm and inviting photo, I'm already on !!!!

Warm and nice picture, it's very nice to have a fireplace for the cold months. My grandparents had one and I remember when all the family stood around it warm in the winter.

Lovely - it is always so calming and mesmorising to stare into a fire....but glad winter is over and we don't need them at the moment.
